Get the basics right with an introduction to core cooking techniques.  Simply let Reena know that skills that you would like to focus on and she will incorporate them within a delicious menu that you can sit down and enjoy after the class.

Basic knife skills
Bread making
Pastry (shortcrust. choux or puff)
Working with gelatine
Sugar syrups and caramel

Chocolate making
